This team provides advice and legal services to clients across a diverse range of industry sectors including:

Mining Manufacturing, Retail Education Services

The legal work provided by this team is transaction and advice based including:

Sales and purchases of business, Group reorganisations, Company and corporations law, Joint ventures, Franchising, Local Government, Building Law, Stamp duty, Intellectual property, Contracts.

The Business and Personal Services team is focused upon client services and is able to provide clients with timely and cost effective business and corporate law services of the highest quality.

Liability is limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation in
respect of matters arising within New South Wales.
