The Commercial Litigation Team is often called upon to advise on intellectual property issues, and has accumulated a wealth of experience in this area. Disputes range from straight-forward breaches of copyright, through to litigation in the Supreme Court restraining end users from using designs, whether these be plans, concepts or images.

The Commercial Litigation Team is available to accept instructions and act swiftly when copyright and intellectual property issues emerge, ensuring that the very important property held by the client is protected and the client's commercial interests generally are preserved.
